The warranty period for Riviera televisions depends on the terms of negotiation between AUDIOVISION ELECTRONICA AUDIOELEC SA and its customers.
During this time, Riviera guarantees free repair service for televisions that present manufacturing defects during normal use, according to the instructions in the user manual and the purpose for which it was designed.
STEPS TO REQUEST REPAIR:
When a consumer requests a Riviera television repair under warranty, they must present the purchase receipt.
In the case that the television is from Warehouse or Distributor stock, you must present the original stock letter, on letterhead and duly signed by the Warehouse Manager or the person in charge of the area.
Installation, maintenance and operation explanation costs are not covered by the warranty and are therefore the sole responsibility of the end consumer.
To update a Riviera TV, you can go to Settings -> Support -> System Update -> Check for Firmware Update to ensure your TV has received the latest software, provided your TV is connected to the internet.
Turn on your TV and press the Home button on your remote, then tap Settings > Product Help > Software Update.
Press the "Home" or "Menu" button on your TV's remote control. This will take you to the TV's settings and features menu, where you'll find the "Network" option, followed by "Network Configuration."
Check your TV model, which is described on the labels on the back of the screen. Only RLED-ANDXXXXX models are powered by Android, allowing them to download apps from the Google Play Store such as Disney Plus, Twitch, Facebook Watch, and more. Previous 4K Smart TV models only have pre-loaded apps.
AnyviewCast technology allows you to stream content via WiFi Direct in Stream and Cast mode (check compatible Riviera models).
All you need is a Wi-Fi connection, a Riviera TV with AnyviewCast technology, and an Android phone or tablet that supports this technology and Cast/Stream capabilities.
To enjoy Anyview Cast, simply connect your Riviera TV to your Wi-Fi network and activate the Cast connection by pressing the INPUT button. After this, select the Anyview Cast option.
Once you've completed the settings, which will be displayed on your TV, you can now enjoy your smartphone's screen on your Riviera TV.

Riviera TVs feature HDR functionality, which enhances the image in dark scenes by enhancing the brightest and darkest parts of the image, offering a wider contrast and color gamut.
When viewing HDR content (USB Video, NETFLIX...) or through an external source via HDMI 2.0, you must access Menu, Picture, Picture Mode and then select HDR (it will only remain active when the TV recognizes a compatible HDR signal).
The menu on Riviera's Android TVs is different from that of Smart TVs. Therefore, to install/uninstall apps, follow these instructions:
Installing Apps on Android TV OS
From the Android TV main menu, access the Apps icon on the left side of the screen or directly access the Google Play Store icon in the Apps bar.
Select Download more apps.
Choose the app you want or search for it in the Google Play store.
Click OK and access the app information.
Select Install and wait for the progress bar to finish.
Your app will now be automatically installed and you can click Open to use it.
You can also use it later from the Main Menu –> Applications Icon.
Uninstalling Apps on Android TV OS
From the Android TV main menu, access the Applications icon on the left side of the screen.
Select the app you want to uninstall.
Press and hold the center OK button and select uninstall.
Confirm that you want to uninstall the app to complete the process.
